Fishing Report March 2, 2016

Broken Bow: February 28. Elevation below normal, water 54. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on crankbaits, rogues and jigs at 5-25 ft. around brush structure, rocks and shorelines. Walleye fair on rogues at 10-15 ft. around points and the river channel. Blue, channel and flathead catfish good on live bait, worms, sunfish and cut bait at 15-20 ft. along channels and the river mouth. Went fishing on Feb. 29th and March 2nd on Broken Bow. Had modest luck with perch colored crank baits and spinner baits fished from shoreline out from rock cliffs in coves.
